Race-Day Basics

  • Year three in Chicago. Miche 5K is back con puro ambiente: miles, grupos, medals, y una miche esperando en la meta. Corre, camina, pero quédate pa’ la fiesta.

  • The Miche 5K race is Sunday, May 31 at Dvorak Park in Chicago. Same location in Pilsen.

  • Arrive early. DJ, vendors, and all the pre-race vibes start at 7:00 AM. The race begins at 8:00 AM sharp, then we keep la fiesta going until 11:00 AM.

REGISTRATION

    ✪ One voucher for a michelada or a miche-nada (non-alcoholic option)

    • You will need your ID for an alcoholic michelada.

    Note: To receive a finisher medal, you must complete the race.

  • Shirts and bibs will be available at packet pickup.

  • No, same-day registration will not be available.

  • Yes! The race grounds are open to spectators too!

  • Unfortunately, all Miche 5K sales are final and non-refundable.

    Pickup Dates:

  • Confirmation number and photo ID of original purchaser (or clear copy).

  • Yes! All they need is the TIXR confirmation and a photo of the purchaser’s ID.

  • Purchaser can pick up all the packets, or have each person pick up their own. If they’re picking up their own, all they need is the TIXR confirmation and a photo of the purchaser’s ID at pickup.

Course Info

  • The 2026 course map will be available soon and will include a full downloadable version. In the meantime, you can reference the 2025 course map. https://www.miche5k.com/course

  • No, gear check will not be available to participants. Runners are responsible for safely storing their gear prior to the race.

  • Yes! Strollers are welcome on the course, but we ask anyone running or walking with a stroller to start in the last corral for everyone’s safety.

  • No, pets aren’t allowed on the course. But they are welcome on the grounds as long as they’re on a leash.

  • Yes. All participants will receive a timed bib, and your time will be automatically recorded when you cross the finish line. We’ll share the results link before and after race day.
